There is a plethora of upcoming tournaments for Indian fans to watch out for. As the Olympians take a break from the debates, several promising youngsters will have the chance to show their worth.

Archery World Championship

The tournament will take place from 19e-26e September in Yankton, USA. The Indian team for this tournament is a whole new set of archers with no Tokyo Olympians selected. Some of those that should feature include Komalika Bari, Ridhi Phor, Abhishek Verma, Sangam Bisla, Muskan Kirar, and Parth Salunke, among others.

Junior World Archery Championship

Las Palmas will host the tournament between 27e September 10e October. Unlike archery, India will send some top shooters to the tournament. Manu Bhaker, Aishwarya Tomar, Sanskar Havelia, Ayushi Podder, Anish Bhanwala, Shapath Bharadwaj are some of the prominent names of the over 40 shooters who go there.

Wrestling world championship

Oslo in Norway will host this mega wrestling tournament between 2sd to 10e October. Vinesh Phogat withdrew from participation while Sangeeta Phogat qualified. The other wrestlers will be Sarita Mor, Satyawart Kadiyan, Gourav Baliyan, Pooja Jatt, Ravinder Dahiya, Ritu Malik are some of the other stars among the contingent.

Men’s T20 World Cup

The biggest cricket tournament of the year will take place between 17e October 14E November in Dubai. India will of course be one of the favorites to win the tournament while the West Indies will be the defending champions.

Thomas and Uber Cup

The All-Star Badminton Tournament will be held between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.e October in Denmark. India will be alongside China, Tahiti and the Netherlands in Group C of the Uber Cup. In the Thomas Cup, they will be drawn alongside Spain, Scotland and Thailand.
